It was under a sensual pallet of pink tones and the warm candlelight that the first boutique of Casa do Passadiço in Lisbon was vehemently inaugurated. An event that celebrated the beginning of a new chapter in the history of this family business, which is already a reference in interior architecture.
From the magnificent 18th century mansion in Braga, where it all started in 1992, by Catarina Rosas, Casa do Passadiço travel the world and today, its sophisticated, timeless, striking and lively interior decoration projects can be contemplated in some of the most important cities on the globe. This is the case, for example, in Florence, in the majestic Palazzo Corsini, which houses the boutique and the headquarters of the renowned Italian brand Aquazzura, or in the many stores that this long-time customer has spread across Italy, Dubai. Brazil, United States or England.
After conquering the world, Catarina Rosas and her daughters Catarina and Cláudia Soares Pereira – the “new generation” of Casa do Passadiço – will also be on the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade, in the brand’s first showroom and boutique in Lisbon. A space that is assumed as a “showcase” for the work of interior designers, whose creations have in their essence the elegance and the intersection between history and contemporaneity. To mark the opening of the boutique, the National Palace of Ajuda dressed up for a gala dinner that brought together friends, family and the most distinguished customers of Casa do Passadiço, on a night where the beginning of another story that promises to be unforgettable was celebrated .
